By placing an order with GLOSSD, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

 

Sizing and Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size when placing an order. Please refer to the sizing guide provided before making your purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering.


Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for items ordered in an incorrect size where the sizing guide has been made available. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the relevant sizing information and selected your size accordingly.


General Information

GLOSSD is a UK-based business specialising in handmade press-on nails and nail accessories.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


Products

All GLOSSD nail sets are either handmade or carefully designed.

As each set is made individually, slight variations may occur between sets. These may include small differences in design placement, finish, or colour tone.

We also note that colours may appear slightly different due to screen brightness, lighting, and device display settings.

These variations are normal and do not constitute faults.


Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Payment issues
  • Stock availability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled by us, you will be refunded in full.


Custom Orders

Custom orders may require up to 7 working days before dispatch.

Custom designs will only begin once full order details are confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all design details and inspiration images are correct before production begins.


Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed.


Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Click & Drop service.

Processing times:

  • Standard orders: 1–3 working days
  • Custom orders: up to 7 working days

Delivery times (after dispatch) are typically 2–5 working days within the UK, but may vary depending on Royal Mail and external factors.

Once an order has been dispatched, GLOSSD is not responsible for postal delays.


Tracking

Where applicable, Royal Mail Click & Drop services include tracking or proof of delivery.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has been dispatched.


Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is incorrect

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.


Liability

GLOSSD is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect application of press-on nails
  • Damage caused after use
  • Allergic reactions (please check ingredients before use if you have sensitivities)

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct application and safe use of all products.


Intellectual Property

All branding, product designs, images, and content on the GLOSSD website and social media are the property of GLOSSD.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
