How can I make sure I order the correct size?

Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order. If you are unsure which size is right for you, contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to assist.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Custom orders may take up to 7 working days before dispatch, as each set is made to order.

Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail Click & Drop, a tracked postal service provided by Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days (UK).


What is Royal Mail Click & Drop?

Royal Mail Click & Drop is a postal service used to dispatch your order.

Depending on the service selected, it may include tracking and/or proof of delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched where applicable.


Are the nails reusable?

Yes — GLOSSD press-on nails are reusable when carefully removed and properly stored after use.


How long do the nails last?

With correct preparation and application, nails can last up to 14 days. Longevity may vary depending on nail prep, lifestyle, and application method.


What is included in each set?

Each GLOSSD set includes:

  • GLOSSD nail bag
  • Full prep kit including:
    • Cuticle care tools
    • Nail files
    • Buffers
    • Prep pads
    • Nail glue

Everything you need for application is included.


Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is incorrect

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.


Are there differences between nail sets?

Yes. As all sets are handmade, slight variations may occur.

In addition, colours may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen brightness, and display settings. These variations are normal and not considered faults.


Do you offer custom designs?

Yes — custom designs are available.
