At GLOSSD, we want you to love your nails. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and unworn.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be unopened and unworn
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Press-on nail sets that have been opened, tried on, or used
- Custom or personalised nail sets
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Sizing and Returns.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for items ordered in an incorrect size where the sizing guide has been made available. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the relevant sizing information and selected your size accordingly.
